How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment methods at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order?

What is your return and refund policy?

How do I initiate a return?

You can request a return in one of the following ways:

  • If you're unable to access the Returns Portal, email support@lunaco.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist you further.

Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you’ve received a defective or wrong item, here’s what to do:

  • Go to our Returns Page
  • Select the item, choose the issue type, and upload photos
  • Submit the request within 7 days of delivery
  • After review, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, after you receive your package, you can choose to either exchange the item or return it for store credit, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
