Refund policy
At Lunaco, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Store Credit for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange it for another product, you may return the item(s) for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for store credit:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be sent back as per our return instructions.
4. How to Initiate a Return
You can request a return in one of the following ways:

If you’re unable to place a return request, email us at support@lunaco.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
5. Shipping Costs

Once your return request is approved, the applicable return shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you. You can then choose to either ship the item yourself or opt for our pickup service at the mentioned cost.

If your address is not eligible for return pickup, you will be required to send the package to us manually. Please ensure the item is securely packed in the original 'Blue Frost Packaging' and shipped using a reliable, trackable courier service to prevent loss in transit.
- Our return address will be provided when you choose to Ship on your own, on the returns page.
6. Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the value of your purchase, after deducting applicable return fees.

Store credit can be used for any future purchases at www.lunaco.in.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Non-Eligible Returns
We will not accept returns if:

The item is used, worn, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.

The item was purchased on sale or at a discount, unless defective.
